Routines are in place within Agria to detect and prevent misconduct and fraudulent actions, although even the most effective controls cannot entirely protect us against all possible irregularities. That is why we at Agria encourage reporting these kinds of incidents to us.

What can I report?

If you have suspicions of misconduct or irregularities, you can always report this to us through our whistleblower function. You don’t need to have proof, but all reports have to be given in good faith.

You can choose to report your suspicions anonymously. The clearer and more detailed your report is, easier it will be for us to determine whether a misconduct has taken place. All reports are handled with strict confidentiality bearing your integrity in mind.

You do not risk being subject to negative special treatment or retaliation due to your reporting unless the information reported is obviously deliberately false.

Customer complaints or individual disputes are not subject for whistleblowing and should not be reported here.

How can I report?

The easiest way to report is by sending us the form or via telephone. You need to leave a description of what has occurred and what you consider has been a misconduct.

Don’t include sensitive information about the persons you mention in your report, unless it isn’t vital for the description of the occurrence.

Reporting to responsible authority

It is possible to report misconduct to either us (as instructed above) or to a responsible authority. Report to us in the first instance, if we do not reply or if there is a reason to assume imminent danger to life, health, safety, or if a report to us would entail a risk of retaliation or ineffective handling, you can contact the responsible authority below:
